Fanatec CSR Wheel, Pedals and Shifter Reviews.

As a quick overview, nothing short of great pieces of engineering, once set up to suit your reach, size and grip, gives great performance and a real feel. The wheel is only just a little smaller than a real car wheel, its large in grip diameter and fitted with nice in grip alcantera. The paddles are easily reachable and buttons well placed.
Performance with Sims:
I have found that Granturismo 5 (PS3) feels more realistic in terms of road rumble, but shifting using the H Pattern shifter isn't as flawless as it is in Forza 4 (XBOX360). On comparison, both these great sims offer a quality experience.

Thanks to Kangal333.
My own view on the setup using the bars, its quite stable providing you secure the wheel correctly, this stops the travel up/down/left/right when you grab the shifter, its not excessive, but noticeable. I would say that if you have the wheel drilled onto a playseat set up, it should be okay.
So far, Ive had no problems using it with the bars.

I have upgraded my wheel, pedals and gear setup to a Fanatec CSR wheel, with CSR basic pedals and shifter set, The shifter set up is fixed with the H Pattern stick, I dont plan to use the sequential stick but quite like the paddles on faster tracks.
